Every technician is equipped with appropriate PPE, gloves, paper towels, disinfectants, and has been instructed to exercise social distancing. We take this matter seriously, as our mutual goal is to keep your equipment running and to protect your employees along with ours. In our shops and stores, we have reduced on-site staff, provided additional cleaning resources and have encouraged all employees not feeling well to stay home.
Our service departments are open 24 hours 7 days a week for any service needs. Should your schedule for service change, please let us know and we will accommodate. Our parts departments are sanitized throughout the day and open for business. All personnel visiting your site will comply with your company policies, procedures and rules. Our commitment is to fix your equipment in a responsible manner during this time of concern.
